There are a number of print layouts available for each document in SAP; these can be chosen and amended via the Layout Designer button (pencil icon) on the SAP toolbar.
Once you have selected the Layout Designer you will be shown a list of available layouts to choose from for the corresponding module, each of these layouts can be set by various defaults per user:
- Default for all users - if selected, this layout will be applied to all SAP users
- Default for current user - if selected this layout will always be applied to the individual user
- Default for specified user - SAP users can be added to this list
In addition to the above you can also specify defaults by BP:
- Set as default for all BP's - if selected this layout will be applied to all BP's
- Set as default for specified BP - specific BP records can be added to this list
