Procedure
1. From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose Business Partners > Business Partner Master Data.
2. To find a business partner, click 
.
3. Enter the search criteria in one (or several fields) in the Business Partner Master Data window and choose Find.
A List of Business Partners window appears, displaying all the business partners that match your search criteria.
4. To browse through existing business partners, use the 
icons.
You can limit your search to a specific business partner type by selecting Supplier, Customer, or Lead from the dropdown listbox next to the Code field.
For your searches you can also use the data in the General, Payment Terms, Payment System, Accounting and Details tabs.
5. To edit data, modify the required fields.
6. To save your changes, choose Update.
