To enable resolving issues remotely wherever you may be in the world with internet access please be aware of the Quick assist tool which I will be using
1 I will give you a code which changes each time Quick Assist is used but only lasts 10 minutes (Do not accept any other connections unless you are expecting one and can verify who is at the other end)
2 Please search for Quick Assist in the windows search bar and left click on the option as in the following screen
3 Under the code from assistant box enter the code then click on share screen
4 Please keep a lookout as a window will appear asking for permission to connect from tony h for which you need to click on the Allow box. The session can be closed your end using the cross at the top or by myself once I have finished
