Certain occasions the outlook email search facility stops working or does not bring up all results so please follow this guide -


1    From within Outlook select File menu then click on Options


2    On the Outlook Option screen select Search on the left hand side then select Indexing Options




3    On the indexing option screen left click on Microsoft Outlook so it is highlighted then click on the advanced option (If this asks you to enter a user name and password I will need to login to run this so please email tony.huffer@uk.interactivecoding.com)




4    Select the rebuild option as below then click the okay button that appears




5    Click the corner X of each screen to come out of all the screen then you will need to wait for the search facility to index itself (after an hour try performing an email search)
