If a prospect has received a campaign and would like to receive a Sales Quotation or a Sales Order as a result, the opportunity details must be passed on to the correct Sales person. 


To notify the sales person follow the procedure below:


1.) Within the Campaign, drill in to the prospect master data by clicking on the yellow arrow next to the BP Code



2.) In the BP Master Data choose You can also > View Related Activities



3.) A list of all activities for that Business Partner will be displayed, including activities relating to specific campaigns. Drill in to the relevant campaign activity by clicking on the yellow arrow next to the activity number



4.) In the Activity window click Follow Up




5.) Amend the fields within the activity as required. e.g. Activity = Phone call, Type = Qualify.

    Also change the Assigned To: field to the relevant user to alert them (this will then pop up in the Alerts/Messages box next time they log in to SAP). 

    In Remarks enter a summary of action required, including the Sales Opportunity number to which the activity relate. Tick the Reminder box.

    If additional information is required, enter this in the Content tab.



6.) Click on Add to send to the assigned user
