Some of your prospects may show their interest in your products and company and you can create sales opportunities for them from the campaign as a record of the results. To do so, proceed as follows:

 

1.  In the Campaign window, find the campaign you want to work with. The Business Partners tab lets you view all the targeting prospects involved in this campaign.

 

2.  Find the prospect who you wish to create a sales opportunity for.


3. In the relevant row for the prospect, select Sales Opportunity from the drop down list within the column Document Type.



4. In the Document Number column click (choose) 


5. The List of Sales Opportunity window will open. In this screen click New to create a new sales opportunity and link it to this campaign.


6. The Sales Opportunity window will appear. In this window, specify data as required and choose Add.

7. Now click Update in the Campaign window to save the changes.

8. The relevant sales person/team should be notified that a new opportunity has been created. For more information about how to pass on details of an opportunity see How to pass on a Sales Opportunity for follow up.
