Use this tab to define general display settings for the calendar.

To access this window, choose the Calendar icon from the toolbar.

Description/Activity

Automatically confirm when dragging an activity

· If the box is deselected - When dragging an activity to a new time and/or date, the Activity window opens; you can view the activity details before confirming the new time, date or new user for the activity.

· If the box is selected - When dragging an activity to a new time and date, the activity is automatically confirmed and relocated to the appropriate time, date and/or user.

Show Personal Activities

Select to display activities in which Personal is selected.

The icon representing a personal activity is slightly different than the regular one.

Minutes per Row

Divides row into intervals of 15, 30, 60 or 120 minutes as selected.

Working Hours Colour

Click on the field to open a colour palette and choose a colour for displaying working hours in the calendar.

Non-Working Hours Colour

Click on the field to open a colour palette and choose a colour for displaying non-working hours in the calendar.

Activity Colour

Click on the field to open a colour palette and choose a colour for displaying an activity.
