Use the calendar to view meetings, phone calls, and other Activities. You can also add and update activities by selecting them in the calendar.
Note and Task activities are not displayed in the calendar.
To access this window, choose from the toolbar.

Date |
By default, the current date is displayed. Enter a different date to display in the calendar and choose . |

Choose this button to display the day entered in the Date field. |
Choose these buttons to move the date backwards or forwards. |

Today |
Switches the view to the current date. |
Month |
Displays a full month view of the calendar. |
Week |
Displays an entire week. You can set the first day of the week in the Calendar Settings: Work Week Tab. |
Work Week |
Displays only working days. You can set working days in Calendar Settings: Work Week Tab. The work week considers company holidays. |
Day |
Displays a one day view in the calendar. |
Group View |
Available only for Day view. Displays activities for other users selected in the Calendar Settings: Users Tab. |
Displays or hides phone call activities in the calendar. |

Displays or hides meeting activities in the calendar. |

Displays or hides other activities in the calendar. |
