Use this tab to specify users for whom you would like to view their activities along with yours. For each user, set the views on which their events appear and a unique color.

User |
Displays all the users currently defined in SAP Business One. |
Period View |
Select to display this user’s activities in the Month, Week, Work Week, and Day views. |
Group View |
Select to display the user’s activities in the Group View. The Group View allows a simultaneous display of a maximum of seven users in the calendar. |
Colour |
Click to open a colour palette and choose a colour for the user's activities. |
