Use this tab to specify users for whom you would like to view their activities along with yours. For each user, set the views on which their events appear and a unique color.


Calendar Settings Users Tab Fields

Field

Description/Activity

User

Displays all the users currently defined in SAP Business One.

Period View

Select to display this user’s activities in the MonthWeekWork Week, and Day views.

Group View 

Select to display the user’s activities in the Group View.

The Group View allows a simultaneous display of a maximum of seven users in the calendar.

Colour

Click to open a colour palette and choose a colour for the user's activities.
