The Calendar provides an overview of the availability of users and schedule specific activities. It is therefore closely linked to the Activity window as meetings, phone calls and other activities are displayed in the Calendar. You can also display activities for other users in addition to your activities.
- Define initial Calendar settings, see Defining Calendar Settings.
- Click in the upper toolbar, or choose from the menu bar Window ® Calendar.
- Double-click the required time.
- Schedule phone calls, meetings, tasks, and other activities in the Activity window.
