Use this tab to record information about meetings that are relevant to business partners, or personal meetings that you would like to view in the calendar.
To access this tab, choose Business Partners ® Activity ® General Tab.
To display these fields, select Meeting as the Activity in the activity window.

Details |
Enter a short description of the meeting. |
Start Time |
Enter the date and time of the start of the meeting. By default, the system date and time are displayed. |
End Time |
Enter the time for the conclusion of the meeting. By default it is fifteen minutes past the start time of the activity. If a duration is entered first, the end time is updated automatically. |
Duration |
Displays the length of time the activity should take. If the duration is entered first, the end time is updated automatically. To enter duration in hours, type the number of hours followed by the letter H. |
Priority |
Select the priority of the activity, either Normal, High, or Low. |
Location |
Choose a location for the meeting from a predefined list of meeting locations. Choose Define New to add meeting locations to the list. Choose Business Partner Address from the list to automatically define the business partner's defaultShip to address as the meeting location. |
Address |
Enter the address details of the meeting location. You can enter the address information manually, or by selecting the Business Partner Address option in the Location field. |
Reminder |
Select to display a reminder in the Messages/Alert Overview window prior to the time planned for the meeting A Reminder can be entered in minutes or in hours. To enter duration in hours, type the number of hours followed by the letter H. The reminder is received by the user according to the settings in the Administration module, System Initialization, General Settings, Services tab. |
Tentative |
Select if you are not certain that the meeting will occur. |
Inactive |
Select if this activity is no longer relevant. This deletes the activity from your calendar; however, it can still be updated. |
Closed |
Select if this activity has been completed. NB. A Closed activity cannot be reopened or modified. |
Follow Up |
Choose to open a follow-up activity. You can open a follow-up activity only after adding the current activity. |
