To enable the recurring transaction prompts in SAP (this is done per user/license):


  • Go to, Administration > System Administration > General Settings > Select the Services Tab and tick the box marked 'Display Recurring Transactions on Execution'

NB. Sometimes the user may not have the correct authorisation level available to automatically view the General Settings window. In this instance, go to Administration > System Administration > Authorisations and temporarily amend their access level in the "General Authorisations" window to enable the General Settings window to be accessed.
